Nepal-Latvia

Nepal and Latvia established diplomatic relations on April 20, 1992. Estonia is the 98th country to form bilateral ties with Nepal. The Embassy of Nepal in Copenhagen is concurrently accredited to Latvia, while the Latvian Embassy in New Delhi is concurrently accredited to Nepal. Latvia maintains an Honorary Consul in Nepal.

Nepal and Latvia primarily interact through European Union mechanisms, as both countries are engaged within the EU’s framework. Nepal and Latvia maintain a cordial diplomatic relationship. Both countries continue to explore opportunities for enhanced collaboration in various sectors.
