French Ambassador Visits Kathmandu University, Explores Academic Collaboration

Kathmandu: The French Ambassador to Nepal, Virginie Corteval, recently visited Kathmandu University and met with the Vice Chancellor, deans, and faculty members. The visit focused on strengthening academic ties between France and Nepal, with productive discussions on student and faculty exchange programs.

During her visit, Ambassador Corteval toured the university’s Green Hydrogen Lab, where she met researcher Bishnu Pandey, a recent recipient of the prestigious Eiffel Scholarship awarded by the French Government.

She also visited the Innovation Center, where she interacted with young Nepali students and researchers engaged in innovative projects.
