Bangladeshi Embassy Unveils a Book of Condolence

Kathmandu: The Bangladeshi Embassy in Kathmandu unveiled a Book of Condolence to receive condolences for the air force jet crash in Dhaka.

Dignitaries from various organizations, including the Secretary-General of SAARC, Senior Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal, Ambassadors, and CDA a.i. diplomats from Brazil, Thailand, Qatar, Myanmar, Australia, China, India, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Republic of Korea, the United States, Sri Lanka, Russia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Moreover, representatives from UNESCO, UNICEF, and ICIMOD visited the Embassy to give their condolences as well.

The incident in Dhaka claimed the lives of students, teachers, and staff members. Additionally, the condolence book will serve to preserve the memories and register the global community’s solidarity with Bangladesh.
