DG Sapkota Meets U.S. Embassy Deputy Chief of Mission

Kathmandu: Director General of the Department of Consular Services, Durapada Sapkota, held a meeting with Jason P. Meeks, Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of the United States of America, along with other embassy officials, at her office on August 28, 2025.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss various aspects of Nepal–U.S. relations, with a particular focus on visa and consular matters. Both sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation in service delivery and further enhancing bilateral understanding in the consular domain.
