Finnish Ambassador Heikka Pays Farewell Call on Foreign Minister Dr. Rana

KATHMANDU: Ambassador of Finland to Nepal, Riina-Riikka Heikka, paid a farewell call on Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba, on June 9.

During the meeting, Foreign Minister Dr. Rana expressed appreciation for Ambassador Heikka’s contributions in strengthening Nepal-Finland relations. She highlighted the Ambassador’s efforts in enhancing bilateral cooperation, particularly in the areas of education, women’s empowerment, and water management.

The two also reflected on the positive momentum in Nepal-Finland ties during Ambassador Heikka’s tenure.
