PM Oli Co-Chairing The Conference Calls for Sevilla Commitment

Kathmandu: Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli co-chaired the 4th Financing for Development (FFD4) Multi-stakeholder round titled ‘Revitalizing international development cooperation’ along with Ana Isabel Xavier, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Portugal.

Addressing the round table, Prime Minister Oli highlighted the significance of Official Development Assistance (ODA) in times of global crises.

Moreover, he further stated various long-standing problems that undermined the effectiveness of development cooperation, calling for utilizing the Sevilla Commitment as an opportunity to reframe and revitalize international development cooperation.
