Ambassador Thapa Meets ESCAP Executive Secretary in Bangkok

Kathmandu: Ambassador Lok Bahadur Thapa, Permanent Representative of Nepal to the United Nations, met with ESCAP Executive Secretary Armida Alisjahbana at his office on July 12.

During the meeting, they discussed key issues including Nepal’s ECOSOC Presidency and priorities, strengthening cooperation with regional commissions, the UN80 Initiative, and follow-up on the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FFD4).
