Kathmandu: The Embassy of India in Kathmandu organised a debriefing session for a 40-member delegation of officials from the Government of Nepal who recently returned from India after completing a training programme on natural farming.
The training programme, which was organised by the Government of India, was held at Gurukul Kurukshetra in India. It covered various aspects of natural farming, including its basic concepts, bio-formulation techniques, livestock management, soil health, and applications for fruits and vegetables.
Participants engaged in both classroom sessions and field visits during the training. This marked the second group of Nepali officials to attend the programme, following the first group’s visit to India in 2023.
