Foreign Secretary Rai Meets CARICOM Climate Envoy

Kathmandu: Foreign Secretary Amrit Bahadur Rai held a meeting with Dr. James Fletcher, Climate Envoy of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on August 19, 2025.

The two discussed matters related to the environment and climate change, exploring areas of cooperation and shared concerns.

Dr. Fletcher is in Kathmandu to participate in the HKH Parliamentary Meet.
