Former Foreign Minister Koirala’s Autobiography Released

Kathmandu: Former Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sujata Koirala came up with her autobiographical piece named ‘Ma Ra Mero Sano Buwa (Me & My Younger Father)’ on March 25, 2025. 

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba and other leaders launched the book of former minister Koirala on the occasion of the 15th Memorial Day of former President of the NC and former Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala.

PM Oli said that the book has covered the life of Girija Prasad Koirala and Sujata Koirala. NC President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba recalled ups and downs of his political relations with Girija Prasad Koirala and said he first met Koirala in Nakkhu jail in 2025 BS. He acknowledged Girija Prasad’s contribution to build his leadership in the party. Congress leader and writer Koirala said that the autobiographical ‘Ma Ra Mero Sano Buwa’ was an outcome of continuous handwork through research. She said that her autobiography covers the overall aspects of her family and country’s politics.
