Nepali National Appointed President of Tesla Group Europe

Kathmandu: In a historic achievement, Dr. Shambhu Pokharel, a Nepali national, has been appointed President of Tesla Group Europe, marking the first time a Nepali has held such a top position in one of the world’s leading technology and energy companies.

The appointment follows an agreement in which the London Chapter of CEO Club Global, a prominent international business network, acquired 85 percent ownership of Tesla Group Europe. Dr. Pokharel, who is also the Global CEO of CEO Club Global, will now lead Tesla Group’s operations in Europe.

“This is more than a business deal, it’s global recognition of Nepali talent,” said Dr. Pokharel. “Our shared vision is to transform Tesla Group into a multi-billion-dollar gigafactory and global innovation hub.”

Tesla Group Europe, based in Prague, Czech Republic, is one of the continent’s oldest and most respected technology companies. Its gigafactory is located in Slovakia, and the company is known for its work in energy, automation, electronics, and industrial innovation.

CEO Club Global, headquartered in New York, USA, operates in over 100 countries. It supports global business growth through leadership development, investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and public share offerings, all within legal frameworks of host countries.
