An official meeting was held at the Russian House with the participation of diplomats from the Embassy of the Russian Federation and representatives of Tribhuvan University Central Library (TUCL).
The meeting was attended by S.R. Subedi, Director of TUCL, and Deputy Director L.B. Chauhan. Discussions focused on a wide range of initiatives aimed at strengthening mutual cooperation between the two institutions.
Key areas of collaboration included the establishment of a Russian Book Corner at TUCL, exchange of Russian academic databases, organization of joint academic and cultural events, introduction of Russian language courses, exchange of educational materials, and other initiatives of shared interest.
Participants emphasized the importance of cultural exchange, educational cooperation, and knowledge sharing in fostering a diverse and enriched academic environment. The meeting was described as productive and forward-looking, laying a strong foundation for future collaboration between the Russian House and Tribhuvan University Central Library.
