Kathmandu: The Embassy of Nepal in Washington, D.C. hosted a group of students from Georgetown University for a “Meet, Greet & Interact” session on Sunday.
The discussion covered a range of topics, including tourism promotion, trade and investment opportunities in Nepal, prospects for growth in the information technology sector, environmental sustainability, and Nepal’s political transformation.
Embassy officials highlighted Nepal’s economic potential and encouraged greater academic and professional engagement between Nepal and U.S.-based students and institutions. The interactive session also provided an opportunity for students to learn about Nepal’s development priorities and explore avenues for future collaboration.
