Kathmandu: Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Nepal, Park Tae-Young, paid a courtesy call on Minister for Forests and Environment Madhav Prasad Chaulagain on February 10.
During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on further strengthening the friendly and cooperative relations between Nepal and the Republic of Korea. Discussions focused particularly on enhancing collaboration in the fields of environmental protection and economic development.
Ambassador Park also sought the Minister’s continued interest and support for projects currently being implemented by Korean companies in Nepal, underscoring their role in promoting sustainable development and generating mutual economic benefits for both countries.
The meeting reaffirmed the commitment of Nepal and the Republic of Korea to deepen bilateral cooperation through partnership-driven development initiatives.
