Kathmandu: Ambassador Ghanashyam Bhandari addressed the ‘Ambassadorial Reflections’ session of the Bay of Bengal Conversation 2025 in Dhaka on November 22.
In his remarks, he highlighted key aspects of Nepal–Bangladesh relations, including the long-standing friendship, growing economic partnership, cultural and people-to-people ties, and cooperation in regional and multilateral forums.
He also noted important milestones achieved in trade, investment, energy, tourism, connectivity, and exchanges between the two countries. Ambassador Bhandari emphasized the importance of continued collaboration, especially as both Nepal and Bangladesh prepare to graduate from the LDC category in 2026.
The Bay of Bengal Conversation 2025 is being organized by the Centre for Governance Studies from 22 to 24 November in Dhaka.
