Ambassador Bhandari Hosts Reception for Bangladeshi Journalists

Kathmandu: Ambassador of Nepal to Bangladesh Ghanashyam Bhandari hosted a reception for Bangladeshi journalists and media professionals at the Nepal Embassy in Bangladesh.

Addressing the event, Ambassador Bhandari emphasized the positive role of media in deepening the bonds of friendship between Nepal and Bangladesh. Further expressing his appreciation to the journalists for ‘telling stories’ that are reflective of trust, mutual respect, and growing cooperation between the two countries.

The Ambassador also highlighted the recent strides made in bilateral cooperation across areas including trade, connectivity, energy, education, tourism, and people-to-people contacts.
