Kathmandu: Ambassador of Japan to Nepal, Maeda Toru, attended the 52nd Annual Function of the JICA Alumni Association of Nepal (JAAN).
Addressing the event, Ambassador Maeda said he looked forward to celebrating the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and Nepal together with JAAN members. He expressed confidence that the association would continue to play a vital role in strengthening people-to-people ties between the two countries.
He also conveyed his best wishes for the further expansion of JAAN’s activities and encouraged its continued efforts to deepen friendship and cooperation between Japan and Nepal.
