Kathmandu: Ambassador Lok Bahadur Thapa, Permanent Representative of Nepal to the UN, met with Do Hung Viet, Permanent Representative of Vietnam, at the Mission. The two ambassadors exchanged views on issues of their shared interests, including upholding the international rule of law, advancing sustainable development, rebuilding trust, and strengthening multilateralism.
They also discussed ways to further enhance relations between Nepal and Vietnam at both bilateral and multilateral levels, including cooperation at the United Nations.
