Kathmandu: In a diplomatic gesture, Nepal’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Denmark, Sumnima Tuladhar, met with her Bangladeshi counterpart, Ambassador A.K.M. Shahidul Karim, for a courtesy call marked by mutual respect and dialogue.
The two ambassadors exchanged views on how Nepal and Bangladesh could strengthen bilateral cooperation, particularly through trade, investment, and shared regional solidarity. Their conversation also explored ways of engaging more deeply with the Danish community, drawing potential insights for future collaboration between Nepal and Denmark.
Ambassador Karim shared his positive experiences with the hardworking Nepali community in Denmark. In response, Ambassador Tuladhar highlighted the vibrant and active Nepali diaspora, known for organizing cultural and social events that promote Nepali identity and strengthen community ties abroad.
