Kathmandu: Chinese Ambassador Zhang Maoming presents his appointment letter as the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the SAARC Secretary General, Golam Sarwar. China values its observer state role in SAARC and looks forward to strengthening cooperation and mutual understanding with the Secretariat of SAARC and its member states.
