Bangladesh Ambassador Rahman Attends 8th Convention of Medicine Importers Association of Nepal

Kathmandu: The Ambassador of Bangladesh to Nepal, Md Shafiqur Rahman, attended the 8th Convention and Annual General Meeting 2025 of the Medicine Importers Association of Nepal (MIAN) as the Guest of Honour. The event was held in Kathmandu on June 21, 2025.

The Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Population of Nepal, Dilliram Sharma, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, while the Director General of the Department of Drug Administration, Narayan Prasad Dhakal, was present as a special guest, along with other dignitaries.

On the occasion, the First Secretary (Trade, Promotion and Culture) of the Embassy of Bangladesh delivered a statement highlighting the export of pharmaceutical products from Bangladesh to Nepal.
