Kathmandu: Tshering Tobgay, Prime Minister of Bhutan, has congratulated Balendra Shah on assuming office as Prime Minister of Nepal on March 27.
Expressing on social media, Prime Minister Tobgay wrote that for him, success in advancing peace, stability, and shared prosperity and said that he looks forward to strengthening Bhutan-Nepal friendship.
