BlinkNow Summit 2025 Brings Leaders Together in Surkhet

Kathmandu: The BlinkNow Foundation hosted its annual BlinkNow Summit at Kopila Valley School in Surkhet, bringing together leaders from schools and nonprofit organizations across Nepal and beyond. The event focused on strengthening leadership, shared learning, and a common vision for Nepal’s children and communities.

Co-founder Maggie Doyne emphasized the importance of collaboration, stating, “By supporting leaders and organizations already doing important work, we strengthen communities across Nepal.” The Summit highlighted education, sustainability, and community development in action, with Kopila Valley School serving as a living model of a climate-friendly, community-led approach.

A key focus was localization, helping regional organizations tackle real-world leadership challenges such as planning, fundraising, and organizational health. Participants exchanged ideas, built networks, and gained practical tools to strengthen their work.

The Summit also marked the launch of BlinkNow’s year-long Leadership Development Program, connecting participants including international attendees for the first time, to continue learning and growing together throughout the year.
