Kathmandu: Bipin Duwadi, Chargé d’Affaires at embassy of Nepal in London, received the Minister for Veterans and people at the Ministry of Defence, Honourable Calvin Bailey MP, and the chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Nepal, Honourable Alex Baker MP, at the Embassy on September 15.
The Minister’s informal engagement with the representatives of Gurkha veterans remained productive, with discussions mainly focused on finding a durable, justifiable, and timeline-based solution at the earliest.
