Kathmandu: Charge d’affaires of the Nepal Embassy (CDA) Dr Surendra Thapa hosted a dinner in honour of Raj Kumar Shrestha, Home Secretary of Nepal, and renowned actors Pradeep Khadka and Anna Sharma.
Home Secretary Shrestha is in New Delhi to participate in the 5th Meeting of the BIMSTEC National Security Chiefs, while Mr. Khadka and Ms. Sharma are visiting the city for the special screening of their film “AKTOR Take 1”.
The event also forms part of the Embassy’s celebration of Nepali Movie Month, an initiative to promote Nepali cinema and strengthen cultural ties between Nepal and India.
