Kathmandu: H.E. Dadhiram Bhandari, Consul General of Nepal, attended the 3rd Nepali Community Day celebration in New York on June 12.
He expressed gratitude to Hon. Assembly Member, Steven Raga, and Hon. Assembly Member, Sarahana Shrestha, for their exemplary leadership in organizing this event and for their unwavering commitment to recognizing the invaluable contributions of the Nepali diaspora to the cultural, economic, and social fabric of New York State. Both leaders continue to make our community immensely proud through their dedicated advocacy, public service, and care.
The CG also extended heartfelt congratulations to all the community leaders who received official proclamations on that very day.
The Consulate stated that the honors were well-deserved recognition of their outstanding service and tireless efforts to uplift Nepali community and strengthen the bonds between Nepal and the United States.
