Kathmandu: Zhang Maoming, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Nepal, has congratulated the Nepali people on the peaceful and orderly conduct of the House of Representatives election.
In a statement, Ambassador Zhang praised the efforts of Nepali authorities and citizens from all sectors for ensuring a smooth electoral process. He wished Nepal stability, development, and prosperity, and extended his best wishes for the health, happiness, and success of the Nepali people.
The ambassador reaffirmed that China stands in solidarity with Nepal and supports the country’s democratic progress.
