Kathmandu: Chinese and French training program was launched at Nepal’s Institute of Foreign Affairs on August 3. Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, H.E Zhang Maoming and French Embassy CDA Elsa Calley were present at the launching ceremony together with Hon. Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal.
“Language bridges hearts and brings nations closer,” Ambassador Zhang wrote on X. “With professional support from the Confucius Institute at Tribhuvan University, this training program will empower Nepal’s promising young diplomats with higher Chinese proficiency and deeper insight into China.”
