Kathmandu: Deputy Chief of Mission Lalita Silwal attended the ‘Glocal Teen Hero Bangladesh 2025’ event, jointly organized by Glocal Pvt. Ltd. Nepal and Daffodil International University in Bangladesh.
Speaking as the Chief Guest, Silwal highlighted the strong people-to-people ties between Nepal and Bangladesh and said initiatives like Glocal Teen Hero help deepen youth collaboration between the two countries.
She congratulated the top six finalists for their creative efforts in driving social change and joined other dignitaries in presenting the award to Mahmudul Hasan, the Glocal Teen Hero Bangladesh 2025, recognized for his SDG-focused initiative.
