Kathmandu: Deputy Chief of Mission of Nepali Embassy in Dhaka, Lalita Silwal, attended the ‘Glocal Teen Hero Bangladesh 2025’, jointly organized by Glocal Pvt. Ltd. Nepal and Daffodil International University, Bangladesh on December 8.
Speaking as the Chief Guest, Silwal highlighted the strong people-to-people ties between Nepal and Bangladesh, emphasizing that initiatives like the Glocal Teen Hero play a vital role in further deepening youth collaboration between the two countries.
Congratulating the top six finalists, she commended their efforts in driving positive social change through their creative initiatives. She also joined other dignitaries in presenting the award to the Glocal Teen Hero Bangladesh 2025, Mahmudul Hasan, in recognition of his SDG-focused initiative.
