Foreign Minister Dr. Rana Attends The 44th FAO Conference

Kathmandu: Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba addressed the 44th Session of the General Conference of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) at FAO Headquarters in Rome, Italy, on June 30.

Dr. Rana provided an overview of Nepal’s agri-food landscape, emphasizing the unique vulnerabilities faced by mountainous countries such as Nepal. “I call for prioritizing mountain agendas in global efforts to ensure climate-resilient food and agricultural security,” she mentions, delivering her remarks.
