Kathmandu: Dr. Sarmila Parajuli Dhakal, Former Ambassador of Nepal to Spain and Oman and President of the International Relations and Global Diplomacy Dialogue (IRGDD), paid a courtesy call on the Chief of Army Staff of the Nepal Army at Army Headquarters.
Dr. Dhakal briefed the Chief on three key initiatives, Ambassador’s Club Nepal, IRGDD, and Diplomat Nepal Magazine, which aim to enhance Nepal’s soft power and strengthen international relations with friendly nations worldwide.
The Chief of Army Staff appreciated her diplomatic efforts and emphasized the value of practical education in international relations and diplomacy to build capable and globally aware leadership.
