Kathmandu: Lok Bahadur Thapa, President of the Economic and Social Council, met Ricklef Beutin, Permanent Representative of Germany to the United Nations in New York.
They exchanged views on Nepal-Germany bilateral relations and advancing key multilateral priorities, including broader UN80 initiatives as well as the General Assembly review of ECOSOC and the High Level Political Forum (HLPF). Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to deepening cooperation in multilateral forums and advancing the 2030 Agenda.
