Kathmandu: EU Ambassador to Nepal, Veronique Lorenzo, attended the opening of a new Transit Center for Badi adolescent girls in Kathmandu.
The center will serve as a safe home where girls can receive employment skills and language training as they prepare for apprenticeships in Germany.
The European Union congratulated Badi Sarokar Manch for achieving this important milestone in supporting opportunities for Badi girls.
