Kathmandu: Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, Minister of External Affairs in India, congratulated to Shisir Khanal on taking over as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nepal.
He said that he looks forward to working closely with Khanal to further strengthen Nepal and India’s traditional partnership.
