Kathmandu: H.E. Oliver J.P. Nduhungirehe, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Rwanda, met with Hon. Shisir Khanal, Foreign Minister, in New York.
They signed the General Cooperation Agreement to institutionalize and expand bilateral ties across areas of mutual interest. They also discussed strengthening collaboration on climate action and resilience.
