Kathmandu: Hon. Shisir Khanal, Foreign Minister of Nepal, accompanied by members of the Nepali delegation, arrived in New York on September 21. Minister Khanal is going to attend the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA81).
H.E. Lok Bahadur Thapa, Permanent Representative of Nepal to the UN; Dadhiram Bhandari, Consul General of Nepal in New York; and other Mission officials welcomed the Foreign Minister at JFK International Airport.
The Foreign Minister is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings later this afternoon.
