Kathmandu: Hon. Shisir Khanal, Minister for Foreign Affairs, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, H.E. Marko Djuric, on the margins of the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA81).
The Ministers signed an MoU establishing a Bilateral Consultation Mechanism to deepen institutional dialogue. Reaffirming their commitment to NAM values, they discussed advancing bilateral ties and global climate action.
