Kathmandu: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomed sixty-seven new Foreign Service Officers at a ceremony held on December 9. The officers received their official appointment letters following an oath-taking session.
Foreign Secretary Amrit Bahadur Rai congratulated the new recruits and urged them to uphold professionalism, integrity, and the ministry’s guiding motto of “People First.”
He highlighted the need for competence, dedication, and determination among foreign service officials to safeguard and advance Nepal’s national interests on the global stage.
