Foreign Secretary Rai Highlights Agricultural Transformation at LLDC Conference

Kathmandu: Nepal’s Foreign Secretary, Amrit Bahadur Rai, delivered a keynote address at the High-Level Special Event on Establishing Regional Agriculture Research Hubs (RARHs) held in Awaza, Turkmenistan.

The event took place on the sidelines of the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC3).

In his remarks, Secretary Rai underscored the role of the hubs in transforming agriculture in LLDCs.
