Home Minister Lekhak Meets Swiss Foreign Minister Cassis

Kathmandu: Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak, who is also serving as Acting Foreign Minister, met with Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Daniel Giovanni Cassis today in Kathmandu.

According to Home Ministry Spokesperson Ram Chandra Tiwari, Minister Lekhak welcomed the Swiss delegation and praised the longstanding friendly relations between Nepal and Switzerland, as well as Switzerland’s continued support for Nepal’s development and peace process.

The two sides discussed a range of topics including economic cooperation, climate change, disaster risk management, and other areas of mutual interest. The meeting also focused on strengthening bilateral ties and exploring opportunities for future collaboration.
