Kathmandu: The Institute of Crisis Management Studies (ICMS) Samarpan Academy welcomed Foreign Minister Bala Nanda Sharma on January 16, 2026.
According to an ICMS Samarpan Academy, Minister Shree Gen. Sharma is a founder member and the Founding Campus Chief of the college, and the academy expressed pride in felicitating him for his distinguished service and leadership.
The program was chaired by Inspector General of Police of the Armed Police Force, Sanat Kumar Basnet, and was attended by Campus Chief Dr. Kishor Adhikari, Prof. Dr. Bamdev Adhikari (Assistant Dean), Senior Advocate Dr. Khimlal Devkota, Shree Keshav Raj Regmi, founding members, including Brigadier Dr. Narbada Thapa, as well as faculty and staff members and students.
During the event, all participants extended congratulations to Minister Shree Bala Nanda Sharma and conveyed their best wishes for his success in fulfilling his mission and responsibilities in the Government of Nepal.
