ILO Nepal Holds a Meeting with the Labour Minister Sah

Kathmandu: International Labour Organization (ILO) Nepal held a courtesy meeting with Dipak Kumar Sah, Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security on April 1. The meeting was led by ILO and joined by Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), UN Women and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) colleagues. 

They reaffirmed the United Nations’ strong commitment to support Nepal in promoting decent work, strengthening skills development, expanding social protection, and ensuring safer labour migration. They state that they look forward to working closely with the Ministry to translate shared priorities into tangible results for workers and employers across the country.
