Kathmandu: Lieutenant General Anindya Sengupta, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Indian Army’s Central Command, arrived in Nepal on November 25, 2025. He was received at the airport by Defence Attaché Col V. Subramaniam.
The visit began with a courtesy call on the Ambassador of India, Naveen Srivastava. According to the Indian Embassy, Lt Gen Sengupta’s engagements during his stay aim to further strengthen military cooperation and reinforce the close friendship between India and Nepal.
