Kathmandu: The Embassy of India, jointly with Nepal SBI Bank Limited, launched Bharat-Gorkha BhuPuu Samman Package (BSP) on April 10. They stated that this is a landmark step towards enhancing banking services for Government of India pensioners in Nepal.
The Embassy said that the package honours BhuPuus through Zero service charges, concessional banking benefits, accidental insurance cover upto NPR 5 lakh with add on covers. The initiative reflected on the commitment of the Government of India to prioritize welfare of Indian pensioners in Nepal.
