Kathmandu: Embassy of India organized Basant Utsav to celebrate the season of Spring in Kathmandu. The cultural evening featured vibrant performances by renowned Nepali singer, Ram Krishna Dhakal, and music teachers of Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) in Nepal with Nepali musicians.
The evening was participated by Swarnim Wagle, Minister of Finance of Nepal, Members of Parliament, diplomatic corps, and dignitaries from various walks of life in Nepal. The event reflected the deep and shared cultural ties between India and Nepal.
