Indo-Nepal T-20 Cricket Championship Next Month

Kathmandu: The Koshi Pathibhara Indo-Nepal T-20 Championship Cup Cricket Tournament will be held at the newly constructed Mechi Stadium from February 4 to 11.

Organized by the Bhadrapur Cricket Club, the tournament will feature eight teams—four each from Nepal and India. The winning team will receive Rs 500,000, while the runner-up will get Rs 300,000, according to organizing committee coordinator Manoj Subba.

Indian teams participating are Rhinoland Cricket Academy Guwahati, Global Star Cricket Club Lucknow, Cricket Coaching Academy New Delhi, and Snow Lion Team Sikkim. Nepali teams include Bhadrapur Cricket Club, Biratnagar Kings Development Squad, Pokhara Avengers Gandaki Heroes Development Squad, and Kathmandu Gorkhas Development Squad.

The matches will be played at Mechi Stadium, developed by Bhadrapur Cricket Club over the past three years on leased land of Mechi Multipurpose Campus in Bhadrapur Municipality-8.
