Kathmandu: The Department of Foreign Employment has instructed to remove the misleading information regarding ‘Labour Approval’ from the cyber centers and training centers (institutes) located around the department within this April 13.
The department has instructed to remove such information immediately, stating that ‘labor is done here’, ‘work related to labor approval is done’, ‘labor online form is filled’ or other misleading information related to ‘labour’ is confusing to the service users going for foreign employment.
According to the department, there is an arrangement for labor approval only through the Foreign Employment Department and designated labor and employment offices. The department has issued a notification today and has requested to immediately stop the writing and propaganda that creates confusion in the work.
According to the department, action will be taken in accordance with the Foreign Employment Act, 2064 (2007) and other prevailing laws in case of disobeying the notice.
