Kathmandu: Ambassador Dr. Sarmila Parajuli Dhakal, President of the International Relations and Global Diplomacy Dialogue (IRGDD) and Former Ambassador of Nepal to Oman, held a productive meeting with Ambassador Ali Al Maani, Director-General of the Diplomatic Academy of Oman.
The discussion reflected Dr. Dhakal’s longstanding friendship and strong professional ties with Oman, built during her tenure as Ambassador. Both sides explored areas of cooperation between the Diplomatic Academy and IRGDD, focusing on training programs, research collaboration, policy dialogue, and capacity-building initiatives.
Director General Al Maani welcomed IRGDD’s interest in partnership, and both parties expressed their commitment to strengthening academic and diplomatic cooperation in support of shared regional and international objectives.
