Kathmandu: Gideon Sa’ar, Israel’s Foreign Affairs Minister, congratulated Shisir Khanal on his appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nepal.
He said that he looks forward to further deepening the historic friendship between the nations and advancing cooperation in technology, agriculture, and labor.
